Beacon Preservation, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the preservation of lighthouses and their environments for educational, cultural, recreational, and historical preservation purposes. Our mission is to ensure that communities, civic organizations, and educational and research institutions are able to enjoy access to these important icons of nautical history.
Summer 2024: Goose Rocks Light will be closed for hurricane repairs due to significant damage sustained by storms. We hope to reopen June 2025
Donations are more crucial than ever as we repair this damage, but keeper stays are currently suspended until further notice.

Group of donors wins bid to buy New Haven lighthouse to be used for education, including SCSU program
